Say Hi To Teddy...!!
My new teddy bear! Name Teddy!
Muahahaa... I know, so duhz.
Amore's so damn nice & rich lah...
Just bcuz 1 of their talks which we registered got cancelled, we got our goodie bag with this cute bear. And they're not stingy with it lor!
I've NEVER gotten such huge toy in a GOODIE bag before LOL.

Mushroom Risotto... YUMS!
Wanna cook Mushroom Risotto looking this good? =p
We wanted to DIY our own mushroom risotto initially, but found this in Giant!
It's cheaper to cook instant ones & definitely less tedious. Serves 3-4.
Just add water & simmer till creamy.
Then add butter, parmesan & sauté mushrooms.
Tada...!! Done effortlessly.
But Meng said instant risotto still taste inferior to those cooked ones. Bleah.

True Inspirator...
"An inspirator is someone who inspires or motivates others" - dictionary.com.
And I'm glad to say, I've just met one yesterday.
This guy had a leg amputation only a year back during the prime of his life and he's now up walking & running normally again =)
I've never personally met or know anyone who has been through life's down period. And it never come across my mind & think of how difficult it is to go through trials like this.
In him, i see sheer confidence, determination, courage and positive attitude.
He's so kind & courageous enough to let us observe & ask him questions on his prosthesis and be so open to talk about his unfortunate ordeal. He can even crack jokes about his own condition and laugh about it. No doubt he's one of the few amputees who recovered really fast within such a short period of time.
Something he said really touches me.
It's always tough in the beginning, but once you overcome it, only then you'll succeed. Life's obstacle is always one's self. Look forward and cherish what you have now, not looking back with regrets.

Having acupuncture.

My right hand hurts, but they acupuncture my left hand & left foot, send "electric currents" through my right forearm and giving me loads of medicine O_o

Shan's mum bought this really cute pot of flower.
Googled & found its name =)
The flowers resemble birds & when it's bearing fruits, it grows from the bottom of the "bird" giving it the 鸟生蛋 illusion.
