We wanted to DIY our own mushroom risotto initially, but found this in Giant!
It's cheaper to cook instant ones & definitely less tedious. Serves 3-4.
Just add water & simmer till creamy.
Then add butter, parmesan & sauté mushrooms.
Tada...!! Done effortlessly.
But Meng said instant risotto still taste inferior to those cooked ones. Bleah.
